  I got my puppy here almost 3 years ago. He's been such a great companion and super sweet. I had been getting his supplies at the big discount places, thinking I was saving money, but really wasn't. His bed from petco fell apart after the first wash. I always shop there now, they have a huge selection of quality items that last. Every time I go in there new beautiful items to choose from. If your in the area you need to check them out, for your next furry family member, or for the best items for the one you already have

  Each day, I checked the teacuppuppiesstore website ,looking for a french bulldogs. Which by the way all there dogs sale quick if you not fast to act. I had 2 different sale people help me at first . I like to thank David and Glenn for trying to help us. They were helpful , but unfortunately it's like on there day off the dog we would like....And waiting for them even if it was one or two day they had off. The puppy would be sold by then. We learn that quickly. After I saw how things work here . I had to go with any of there sale rep and All there sale rep are great and helpful . But there front line which are the front counter can't say much . Front counter needs to work how to treat customers better when picking up the phone and sound more friendly and act like they love there job. But besides that I still gave it a 5 and would give it a 10 if I could thanks to Keisha .I found the right puppy and the best sale person Keisha ,that was helpful and patience with me . I had a lot of silly questions but all in all Keisha was professional about everything.Satisfied by our conversation I went ahead through with the sale and bought the dog , we set a delivery date. Puppy arrived at airport to Texas. Puppy was perfect and also let me say the pictures you see on their website are decent ...the dog was way better looking in person. Puppy was full happiness and Energy ...this store you can tell they deal with devoted breeder whose ensure the welfare of their puppy's . The puppy had the right personality, and we took puppy right away to the Vet to ensuring it was healthy and nothing was wrong or gotten sick from the plane ride because they are stored where it gets cold . Transaction of paperwork and dog arrival everything went perfect.... except I do have to say the shipper Dominique ... the issue that I did have was I was not given at least a week food supply like a baggy of it . to be able to swap out his food with the one I was going put him with. Thanks Keisha for everything and your team !!!! And I like to say I think the bad reviews on here are from their competitors and they need stop being sore losers.
